last night i was looking online at a website called Eating Well and found some really great healthy and delicious recipies. when i came home from my spin class i thought that maybe i would try one of them, and it turned out it was pretty great! {i was a little skeptical} anyways, i dont want to be selfish and keep it all to myself so i thought i would share it to my readers. its quick, easy, and really cheap to make!
tuscan tuna & white bean salad
makes 6 servings and takes about 15-20 minutes
